I wished i could rate them in minus.. they dont know how to do makeup.. they use bad quality product. The makeup artist there are not good. Waste of money and time.. i would req not to go there.. they only think about money rather than customer satisfaction.. worst they are.. i would say refund me my amount.. i wiped out the whole makeup as the made my face look darker.. the artist dint knw how to apply eyeliner, lipsticks.. i have alot to say.. but to sum up please avoid going here..

Gunjan is the best makeup artist in town! If you're looking for the bridal makeup, look nowhere else. I had the most wonderful experience on my wedding. My makeup was so flawless, I was looking like myself but the best version of myself! My makeup didn't smudge for a good 10-12 hours (until I removed it). Also their spa's and massages are amazing! And the best thing is the artist herself (Gunjan). She is very cheerful and kind and very good at her job. She and her staff will make you feel very comfortable and that's what I loved the most about them because if you're not comfortable, you won't be able to fully enjoy your day! I'm very glad that I chose her!

Don't book for any kind of bridal services until you try at-least one service by yourself. I had big chaos for my pre bridal booking with type of service they provided and had to change everything last minute. And don't risk acrylics or gel nails here. Save your time !!

Worst worst worst ever makeup artist in the town! She claims to have makeup learning experience from London but barely knows how to treat people or even talk to them. It was my engagement day and I booked Gunjan's thinking that she will make it special for me. Due to current pandemic situation the arrangements were affected and everything was running late. Her Manager was consistently calling me and threatened me to cancel the appointment, I informed her about the scenario but all went in vain. Finally I reached the studio, apologised to her as well In a very polite manner. But Gunjan started misbehaving and shouting in front of all the staff present in the studio. I was shocked to see that how can an educated artist/person behave in such abrupt manner? That literally showed what She actually is. As I already was worried about functions and timings so I requested her to do my makeup otherwise I can do by my own and she said Fine, leave my studio. She cancelled my appointment right there without having concern about my special day or all the end moments things. I would not recommend anyone to book her for your special day otherwise you are gonna loose all the charm in front of her EGO. P.S- leaving the studio at that point of time was my best ever decision, I got myself ready from another makeup artist and she dolled me up like a queen
