Worst experience ever. I visited this so-called "salon" in Sirsa for a party hairdo, but there was absolutely no professionalism. They don't know the right techniques but pretend to be experts. I clearly asked for a sleek front look with waves at the back, but they couldn't deliver it at all. Despite showing them a reference picture, they failed to recreate the style. One person started my hair, then another jumped in, and eventually three different people worked on it--no coordination at all. It felt like a trial-and-error session on my hair. When I asked them to do something that suits my face (like a messy bun or waves), they kept saying "Think, think, what do you want?" instead of guiding me properly. They claimed prices depend on the hairstyle, but they had already set random high rates and were not open to any negotiation--completely unfair for the service quality provided. I've worked on shoots with professional makeup and hair artists, so I have knowledge about this field--and this experience was far below basic standards. They just want money, not customer satisfaction. Definitely not recommended.

I visited for makeup and i was fully satisfied with the services.Rani Ma'am is very experienced and she did her work patiently and makeup she does looks natural and subtle.Staff is also cooperative.

Waxing services are worst. Ended up paying 600 for arms wax and she gave me a burn scar, which she didn't care about. Hair was left after ricca wax for which her staff said " nhi niklenge" and moved on. Pedicure services are even worst. Same sink for pedicure which staff doesn't clean after use . Same instruments for pedicure are packed in box without cleaning with soap, and forget disinfection.

Awesomeeeeeee parlour, the owners are awesome and they do flawless make-up. They take care of each and every person who visit them and avail their services. They use top quality products such as Bobby Brown etc. for makeup. Also they provide all the services hassle-free and they take their time to bring perfection in everything they do. Thanks Rani Di, Ankush ji and bhabhi ji for awesome years of Amazing makeup.
