Do not get a facial here. My partner and I booked a facial here today to start at the same time and in the same room. This was a really awful experience for us both. First, they started my facial about 15 minutes before his. So he was just sitting there waiting for that period of time. During this time, I was laying on the bed without a blanket and in a small dress that they gave me to wear. It was a bit uncomfortable but it would have been fine. However, they turned up the music to a ridiculous volume. We could barely speak to each other from across room because it was so loud. It was high-energy/pop music as well, it felt as though we were at a dancing club. At this point, my partner asked them to turn down the music and continued to ask them two other times during the whole experience. If they turned down the music at all, it was very minimal because it was still so loud. For me, the facial technician began to apply so much oil all over my face, neck, arms, and chest. So much oil that I could feel it dripping from my hands when I moved them. I didn't know if this was normal for a 'detox' facial, but it seemed quite wrong. I was so uncomfortable laying like this and felt so gross. My partner's facial technician kept telling us to relax but we said we couldn't because the music was so loud. I also said I couldn't relax because I felt so wet and oily. At the end of the service, we asked the receptionist if this was a detox facial, because we were so oily. They said that it was. I showed them that my face was already breaking out and producing pimples because of all the oil but they said this was normal because I have dry skin. But I know that my skin is not dry, they made an assumption that was very wrong. My face's skin is oily in most places and breaks out very easily. I did not book an intense moisture facial on purpose because I know my skin type. It was very sad that they didn't even try to provide a good service to us. We need to take a shower now that we are home to get all of the excess oil off of our body. We also need to wash our clothes because the oil has now transferred on to there. I highly do not recommend going here for a facial. And I especially do not recommend going here if you want a relaxing environment or if you want anyone to care about your skin's condition or your own preferences.

Great haircut by Lovnish at Kiwi Unisex Salon and Academy, Model Town, Sonipat (near Mittal Hospital). Lovnish is highly skilled, and the entire staff is polite and handles customers very well. Highly recommend!
