For families, there's even a small trampoline outside to keep kids entertained, as well as a few benches to rest on while you wait. One area for improvement would be the staff's gestures--offering tea, coffee, or even water would be a nice touch, especially when clients are waiting. It would also be nice if they proactively provided bottled water. Overall, I highly recommend Looks Salon for its cleanliness, excellent services, and good ambiance. Plus, they also have a variety of skin and hair products, along with perfumes, available for purchase. Give it a try--you won't be disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed with my first visit to looks Sonipat for my hair service. It's just 1 month for my hair botox and my hair has gone so bad that I can't even tell. I have had botox before from other salon in Sonepat and that was too good. I thought I am going for a very renowned and expensive brand this time the botox will last more than expected. But shockingly my hair looks really damaged even worse than my normal hair. They did global color and botox same time or I really don't understand what happened that it is in that bad condition now.

This is the worst salon you can go to. There are so many unprofessional people here that if you go back and point out their shortcomings to them, they say that your hair has grown in just a few days. I had gone to them to get my hair cut because my barber was not available there, so I thought that if I get my hair cut by professionals, it would be beneficial for me as I had to leave immediately for a trip and my family members told me that my hair was bad at the back, so I called him after getting his number from Google, but he did not respond and when I went there And I complained to them that you did not even pick up my call, then they replied to me that we do not pick up calls from any unknown number. I do not understand. How is their service and how unprofessional are these people? And these people were not realizing their mistake. Instead they were blaming me that it was your mistake. You did not come to us at that time. You guys please think 10 times before going there, if you love yourself and your money and if you really care about these things then please don't visit this place.

I went to this salon and a boy named kaushal maybe he treated my friend's hair and we asked for a normal hair spa, he didn't even asked which one and didn't informed what he will be doing on hair and he did for 3k without even asking. This is so unprofessional as they don't even ask the clients Worst service ever got from Looks

The services are good, especially the stylist are well trained and well mannered, however the front desk operations need to get better. Inspite of being a regular customer, my membership was not activated and my points from the last 4 services were not accrued. It was a big disappointment for me as most of the places the front desk staff takes care of all these things. I hope the management takes care of these concerns as I was to able see that other customers have also expressed dissatisfaction over how rewards points are managed.

Used to visit it regularly. But off lately the services have not been that good. Pushing their own services and product on every chance the hair stylist get. I availed there card and expected that I will redeem my points. But then every time in last 18 months they say their device is not working or some issue and most of my points got expired in between. They dont add points claiming same reason that machine is not working. All in all its not worth paying premium for services when services are just basic. Nothing great about this place
