Visited first time but truly an awesome experience. Priyanka and Tanu looked after me very well. Did some work. Facial was excellent and they explained whole process calmly and nicely. Must visit Got my make up done from them as well. The person who did my make up had good experience in make up and was very knowledgeable. Overall an awesome experience. I had an extremely disappointing experience during my visit. The hygiene standards were severely compromised, which left me feeling uneasy and concerned. When I requested that they use clean brushes, the reception staff responded dismissively, stating that they couldn't do that because they had too many clients. I was told I could either pay for a new set of brushes or book a bridal makeup session. This response was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable, especially in a beauty setting. The brushes were clearly reused without any proper sanitization between clients, which is a major hygiene concern. To make matters worse, all the makeup products were left out on counters, exposed to dust and dirt. The floors and counters were also unclean, highlighting the lack of attention to basic hygiene. What made the experience even worse was the uncooperative and rude behavior of the staff. It was incredibly off-putting and made the entire visit uncomfortable. The only staff member who was polite and professional was the saree draping girl, but she was the exception, not the norm. I was hoping for a clean, professional experience, but instead, I left feeling disappointed and concerned about the overall standards. I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their hygiene practices and customer service.
