Very unprofessional. Paid 1000 Rs for a facial but it wasn't worth a penny. The massage was harsh. Pack was applied without wiping out the cream from massage. No steam. Even after telling to remove the black heads I still have them as it is on my nose. Also everyone knows that u aren't supposed to put anything on your face after a facial. She applied serum right after it to fake a glow! Next day itself I had break outs all over my face! Really really regretful, waste of money.
