All the negative reviews written before by many people are true Got to know this only when I experienced it myself Very bad and horrible experience Went there for make up with my family Firstly their salon was very dirty, washrooms and changing rooms all were in bad condition They use very low quality make up products which doesn't stay for long They have extended their salon and had hired many young girls to deal with the rush they have, these girls with less and poor skills did poor make up and even when given directions they didn't listen. They don't care about what customer is saying. I even told this to owner, he seems care very less He just involves in bridal makeup These reviews does have some meaning so pls take them in good way and improve yourself. As every girl want to look good for special occasion that's why they comes to salon not to be humiliated and ill treated. Hoping for some improvement.

Disappointed with the nail service--uneven shaping, polish started chipping within a day, and the technician seemed rushed he was not cut cuticles not buff properly jst apply polish that was uneven . Not worth the price, and the hygiene standards were questionable. I won't able to recommend.

Horrible place , horrible rude owners who have no professionalism. They will lure you in with lower prices then humiliate you when the time comes to pay. They ruined my mother's hair. Half of her hair has fallen out. Still no compensation given.

I booked Shahnaz for Mac makeup which was for 2000/- I went there at 4:00 PM and got free at 7:00 because of rush in the salon. I was very late for the event. The whole salon was smelling because of Keratin treatment they were doing for multiple people. The room where they did my makeup, there were 6other women getting ready and the room was small and untidy. There were hair all around. I asked them to clean the room. Regarding makeup- I showed the makeup artist the eye makeup I wanted, it was shimmer and she applied golden glitter all over my eye. Which looked so tacky and cheap. She said let me do full makeup it's my guarantee that it'll look good. After 1.5 hours of time spend- I hated the look and asked to change it. (She did it patiently and I appreciate it) But as per my booking no product used was of *MAC* and the makeup was so dry, there were lines all over and I got patches on my skin after 2-3 hours. I looked good in the pictures, because camera lied in pictures!!!!!

Worst experience ever. I've asked for body polishing and they just mixed all the things together and applied it on my body. everything like bleach, scrub, cream and mask mixed together and then they waited for twenty minutes, sprayed some water on my body after that and wiped it. And that's all no massage no after oil nothing. They charged 2500 for this but gave me a third class service.

Worst experience, I got smoothening done on my hair from here and they damaged all my hair and used duplicate productd. Please do not get anything done from here. This is my advice.

The best salon's in Yamunanagar with amazing service and staff. They do the best hair colour and nail service. The prices are reasonable and the owner is really helpful and generous. Must recommend!
