This studio is extremely misleading and unprofessional. Over the phone, they quote a certain price for their services, but once you visit in person, they suddenly claim that the quoted price was only for basic services--and try to charge significantly more. My mother has been taken advantage of multiple times by this tactic. They lure you in with a call, ask you to visit, and then once you're there, they assume you'll pay no matter what. It feels like a trap to exploit your time and hard-earned money. I have warned many of my relatives who received similar calls from this studio, and I strongly advise others to stay cautious. These are not one-off experiences--this seems to be a pattern in how they operate. *Reply to below response* To clarify further: my mother had stopped visiting your studio for almost 2-3 months due to a previous unpleasant experience. Then, one day, a staff member called and asked why she wasn't coming anymore. She honestly shared her experience, and your team assured her that such issues wouldn't happen again. The exact words were: "Ma'am, this won't happen again. Please visit once more--we will charge exactly what we commit over the phone." Based on that promise, she trusted you and visited again--only to face the same issue again? Also, I'd like to point out that there's a clear difference between defaming and sharing honest feedback. What I've shared is based on actual experiences, not passing any fake or false statements I believe you're well aware of who this feedback refers to. While it's been difficult to retrieve full records since this began around mid-February, we do have payment proof of the amount transferred.

I have got so many chances to visit STUDIOM; always had a great experience. It's an amazing place to have makeups; beauty services and hair services. All the staff are highly skilled and cooperative. Ambience is really good. It's the most hygienic salon of the town. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
