Coming from Jammu, I have to admit that I was a bit apprehensive about booking a makeup artist in a new city, given my previous experiences. But you completely exceeded my expectations! You listened to what I wanted, understood my vision, and brought it to life. Your professionalism, patience, and kindness made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I got botox hair treatment done here 2 months ago, the two hair dressers were not experienced and professional, keratography shampoo and masque given by them literally ruined my hair after every wash.

I have been a regular at fashion world on and off for last 9 years. They have always been consistent with their services but when I moves back from the city, I was not aware if anyone around offer nail services. Not only they catered to the request, they delighted me by the amazing job done on my nails ! Highly recommend fashion world to everyone! Also the staff is very courteous.

Extremely pathetic service. Staff is super impatient, insensitive and unprofessional. I don't know why they are in so much hurry to get the job done. Never coming back here. I have cuts on my entire eyebrow and one eyebrow is thinner than the other. Never had such a horrible eyebrow experience in the last 10 years. Also, washrooms are not clean and proper hygiene is not maintained in this salon. Matrix is far better!

Highly exorbitant prices which does not commensurate to their services at all. They are totally unprofessional

Fancy saloon with a very average service. I had my haircut and beard retouch over here. I found it very expensive in terms of their services. The hairdressers are in a rush and there is a lack of satisfactory element throughout the process. Atmosphere is good, but services could be a little better at this price point.

Fashion world is the best salon in Dharamsala. There services are excellent. We are going there for the past 10yrs. I want to appreciate services given by Mr. Vicky & Mr. Varun. They are best in there field & deals very humbly with clients. I want to wish best of luck to owner, Mr. Jatin. Keep up good work.

Had gone there with my wife... Thought I will get a hair cut while waiting for her. By far the worst service. The guy was literally hitting my head with the clippers. Was not bothered to clean the fallen hair off me. I cancelled my shave and thought head massage would be safer. Unprofessional hitting of the head is what I got for five minutes .. no... Though my wife's experience was much better... Will definitely convince her to skip this place in future.... I wanted to give zero stars but one is the limit. I think the guy was in bad mood or something but then that should be sorted out inhouse by the manager... We as spontaneous customers require simple and elegant service ... Nothing more nothing less.
