I live in Noida, but whenever I visit Hamirpur, I make it a point to visit this salon. Initially, I was quite satisfied with their services. However, over time, I've noticed a decline in both service quality and transparency in pricing. I've consistently been overcharged for services like color touch-ups and waxing, while others I know have paid significantly less for the exact same treatments--this is not related to any discount policies, which I'm already aware of. Their pricing is unusually high, especially when compared to salons across Delhi NCR. I wouldn't mind paying a premium if the services matched the cost, but unfortunately, they don't. Blow-drying often leaves my hair damp, and during my last waxing appointment, my skin was actually peeled. Sadly, this has become a disappointing experience overall.
