Team is good and professionally competent but atmosphere is not up to mark and as per the rates charged. In summer some of ACs remain closed due to water leakage and during winter heater is sparingly used.

I went to this salon hoping for a nice short haircut, but it was a disaster. They completely messed it up and didn't seem to have the skills to handle short hair properly. I even showed clear pictures of what I wanted, but the result was nothing close. Instead of fixing it, they brushed it off as "just fine." Now, I have to wait weeks for it to grow out and get it corrected elsewhere. If you care about your hair, I'd strongly recommend looking for a more experienced salon. This place is definitelnot not the one.

I had the worst experience here I did not expect something like this from a professional salon. I went there for a trim a month ago and they gave me a haircut instead probably to increase the price I'd pay since at the end I payed for a whole haircut. They took off a huge chunk of my front hair when I clearly refused them not to. And it's unblended with the rest of my extremely long curly hair it looks bad and I just have to go to a different place just to get it fixed I'll never recommend anyone this place just because they can't even listen to the customer. I don't know what their prices are but my sister and I got a trim without wash and we payed 800 for 2 people for this blunder. Extremely disappointed.

I went for haircut on last Friday, I asked for my hair cut service, the staff member named Mady gave me hair cut which I really don't like, he said it was layers hair cut. Spoiled my cut. I would never go again to that saloon.

I got long bob hair cut done here and my hair ends coloured, I am really impressed with the results. Anil was my hairstylist who did colour and haircut and I am super duper happy. Service was good too. We were offered tea as well while waiting for my hair colour to dry ... I had an overall amazing experience. I would definitely recommend the salon specifically Anil for your haircut and colour suggestions. Cheers x

I chose paradise salon for my wedding events and bridal look. It was an amazing experience overall. Mrs Ruby was so kind and she explained every bit of my makeup in detail. All minute aspects of pre bridal and bridal look were elaborated so well that I dint have any second thoughts. Last but not the least, Mrs Heena who was my makeup artist; is very well trained. She gave me the best ever look I wanted for my special day. Thanks again
