I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The haircut I received was poorly done and far from what I requested. On top of that, they used shampoo that they claimed was a well-known brand, but it was poured into a different bottle, which felt very unprofessional and raised questions about its authenticity. When I voiced my concerns, the owner was dismissive and arrogant, making the situation even worse. As a customer, I expected better service and transparency. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality and professionalism.
