Went in for a relaxing head massage, left with an even heavier head, waited half an hour on the massage chair, nobody attended me, said the staff is busy, although i could see unoccupied staff members sitting and chatting on the stairs. Let alone the massage, nobody even asked for drinking water. Please don't let such places charge you for premium services, to treat you this way instead.

I have been a regular customer of fashion world since a long time and never had bad experience. This time I had worst experience of having wax on upper lips. My full face has scratches and wounds now. I generally used to go to the new complex but this time I went to the complex where there is dominos on 19th March and I did not have a good experience. Putting it here because I do not have any number to report to the parlour about this experience. The professional should not how to do her job since it is the face. Had it been any other issue, I would have left it but not face.

Very poor service. Makeup quality is not good. After some time, the makeup became cakey. Initially, when I booked, the manager said that each one of us will get a personal makeup artist but only two makeup artists were alloted to the four of us. The staff is very unprofessional. They promised us free hsur extensions and accessories at the time of booking but when we went in they charged us extra for hair accessories. The manager, Anu, is not good at all. She doesn't know how to manage the staff. When I asked the makeup artist to fix the makeup they were not ready to do so. I paid full amount but the service was just not worth it.

I got my hair coloured by the end of November 2024. The colour requested by me was Burgundy but after the session it was pinkish red. I was okay with it neither i had time to ask for change in colour . They said it will last for atleast a year but after 4 months the colour is completely gone. Very disappointed

Fabulous experience at Fashion World Palampur till date. I feel overwhelmed with their hospitality and services too. May almighty shower it's choicest blessings upon them forever. Thank you for so much caring and supportive everytime

Better to keep the existing customer satisfied rather than opening another luxury salon.. paid 300 rs for a 50 rs cutting.. very disappointed with unprofessionalism and rat race for earning money. U have read it again sor. I m saying that i paid 300 rs for a hair cut but the service i got were not worth Rs 50. Atleast accept your fault.

Each and every member of the staff is very cooperative, helpful , hardworking , caring and are extremely professional in their respective fields. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for exceptional service and a warm welcoming atmosphere.
