Cute girl mall road. Horrendous Experience Avoid at All Costs If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This so-called "salon" is a disaster from the moment you step in. That one tall dark skinned guy was super disrespectful when I was getting a hair wash and he literally started screaming that *humaare pass itna time nhi hai* Like bro why did u even open a salon when you're gonna be rude with your services even when the customers are paying. Sit at home if you don't like your job

Such a cheap palour I have never seen If an employee is still working at a palour and is receiving an experience letter with incorrect information very bad palour

Very bad experience . Asked for butterfly cut but received with a step cup not even completely done. Also customer service was very bad. Never visiting again. Location Mall Road Shimla.

It is situated at first floor the mall Shimla, top land mark is sataya jewelers or you can say it is right on the top of sataya jewelers. Nice location, staff is nice quiet professional. It is a popular saloon among girls as well as ladies rates are bit high anyway its OK.

Pathetic experience. Very disgusting. They were brushing hair without removing the hair on the brush . It don't even deserve a star.

Love the services offered. Genuine place. Slightly overpriced but worth the cost. I highly recommend the place for decent hair cuts, trims and styling.

Very bad experience. They did pathetic smoothing my all hair are damaged, burnt.i had silky long hair .now I have burnt hair . I would not prefer anyone to go this salon. They don't know how to do that..same incident happened with my sister .her hair are damaged too completely. Don't waste money and time. One star is too high for this ..there should be option of 0 star
