The staff at this salon exhibit a notable lack of enthusiasm, showing little passion for providing customers with an exceptional experience. The girls at the salon are clinging to the boys working there and are keener to chit chat instead of working. Their approach seems rather indifferent, as if they are merely going through the motions. In contrast, one might find it far more rewarding to visit a higher-calibre establishment where the hair professionals are genuinely passionate about their craft and possess commendable skills and techniques.

I took my daughter, who has curly hair, for a pixie haircut, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The stylist's first comment to her was, "Aapki mumma aapka cartoon banwa rahi hai," which was inappropriate and unprofessional. It was clear that the salon has no understanding of curly hair. They don't carry curl-friendly products, and the only tool they had was a diffuser, which they didn't know how to use properly. The stylist was literally massaging the diffuser into my daughter's scalp, damaging her curls. When I asked him to blow-dry instead, he did it in a very awkward manner that made her hair stand up unnaturally and caused her pain. She was almost in tears with his remarks and all the heat on her scalp. Once he finished, he told her that was how her hair was going to look, intentionally making it stand at a 90-degree angle. That's when I had to step in, asking him to wet her hair again. I took matters into my own hands, applying regular conditioner (as they don't have any curl friendly products or gels) to define her curls and diffusing her hair properly, as I'm familiar with curly hair care, being a curly head myself. This seemed to irritate him, and I noticed him smirking at us, making fun of the situation with his helper. This was the worst salon experience we've ever had. It's upsetting that the stylist showed no respect for my daughter and made sarcastic remarks, even bullying a 9-year-old. I truly hope that Matrix will reconsider who they hire, as it's clear that some employees lack the basic professionalism and courtesy required to work with all hair types.

Very bad behaviour not recommended

I got a haircut a few days ago. It looked fine until the blow dry lasted. It is horrendous now. I cannot leave my hair open they have cut a large chunk of hair to give me some sort of bangs. I have to pin up my hair at all times.

For them hair cut means just cut he hair short. They have no idea if it will suit the personality or the face shape. They have only one style and dont understand not all want one style. Plesse dont visit for haircut. They will just cut it in one style and you will regret cutting your long healthy hair.

Very bad experience they never listen their customers and do their own owner is very rude donot like their behaviour they destroyed by beautiful long hairs now it take too much time to grow

It was not satisfactory experience as I was expecting, staff was very unprofessional, staff was continuously distracted while giving service, continuously laughing , talking to each other not at all professional. Along with services are not worth the price. I won't visit again.

Too over priced compared to the quality of service provided. Also, I was told different rates before. After I got done with the hair coloring and haircut, I was asked to pay almost double. They should display the fixed prices of services clearly so that the customer doesn't feel fooled.
