Its average I have to wait a lot for my haircut to be done the woman working in salon was letting people who came after me to be before me even though I came before them which was really disappointing I can understand that my haircut would take more time then their treading but still....its fine just average salon.

They will not understand what you want and will do whatever ever they know, yet they claim to be professional. Moreover, they tell you low rates of the treatments when you will enquire but would charge alot more than told

Worst hair salon in shimla....so unprofessional destroyed my hair....never ever go their ... fake matrix

Don't know who picked up.. The person wasn't able to understand what I was saying.. his words weren't audible to me... All in all I didn't go there and the business owner didn't bother to call back . Short and simple..

Very pathtic service untraind hairstylist first and last visit. The guy who took my haircut was useless don't know how take hair cut. Never ever to go to this place.
