Tangles Salon

Used to be a pretty good salon but has deteriorated, very unprofessional and ill mannered staff, saw them mistreat many ladies, NEVER GET YOUR HAIR COLOURED THERE, very arrogant, know it all staff i wasted 2 days, had to go for re application, waste of time because of know it all attitude, they do not listen to customers properly, bleached my hair and orange tinge is left on red colour, quality of work not good any more and they fluctuate rates which isn't worth the money or service, one can colour better at home by using better product,,they uselessy did headwashes and dried my hair while reapplication of colour the also they do not listen to customers mistreat them and argue on being wrong can't accept their mistakes costing people their time, quality not being worth the money... Very disappointed!...

I have been to this salon since it has opened around 14 years back. Now I don't live in Shimla but whenever I come back I visit this salon. There management is bad now. Arrogant staff who tells you directly on the face - not to give gyan. Owner should atleast once in a while come and talk to the customers. Disappointed. Will never ever visit again. This is not how you handle your customers.

I loved the promptness and quality of blow dry I got in Shimla while shopping at Mall Road. Courteous staff value for money and yes in midst of no salons in Shimla this was like a drop in the ocean .

They were really not professional. Went there for a haircut, the guy was too busy wanting to drink tea and change songs to his own liking, and playing games on his phone. He cut my hair too short even when I told him that they are short and he didn't even listen or agree, just continuously kept denying the fact. Did not see the texture of my hair, gave the job of headwash to someone else, kept me waiting on the chair for good 10 minutes so that he could finish his "game" and "tea". Not at all professional, please do not consider them

The location and the place is nice but my personal experience was not very great as they didn't do my beard right. The face scrubbing session was good and I felt satisfied with it

I got O3 facial done, which was for 3000 and back scrub n bleach for 500. Poonam who did my facial was good at her work.

Very bad experience. I go for wedding make up They don't have experience staff even they dnt have make up kit. Stupid people.. so it my requested plz dnt go wastage of money totally

Such a great prices and fecility in this showroom I am very happy to visit this showroom
