we had planned a family vacation with our parents and kids, it was indeed incomplete without the relaxation and massage given by the duo -Abhishek and his mother..- both are very polite, genuine, empathetic and adaptable to cater to our needs of different age group people. We had requested them to come to the property as it was 4 of us with senior citizen parents, and they happily agreed. wish them good luck.

I am reporting here my visit experience with Eyton J. Shalom at "Body Mind wellness center" in San Diego. I initially reached out to Eyton J. Shalom on January 10th via text message, seeking to schedule an appointment. He responded 2 days after suggesting firstly we have a phone conversation, then in the next message, however, he wanted to bypass the conversation and directly schedule an appointment without giving any information or wanting to understand the reason for my visit. I found this approach impersonal and somewhat dismissive, and I preferred to clarify my reasons for seeking his services beforehand to ensure they aligned with his expertise. A few days later, we had a phone conversation. During this exchange, I specifically conveyed that my primary reason for seeking an "Ayurvedic consultation" for a cleansing process necessary for me after having endured a toxic medication treatment. He confirmed that it was ok and we scheduled an appointment. Upon my in-person visit in his "office/home garage", which lasted over an hour and a half, I was subjected to an endless range of off-topic discussions, inappropriate comments and raged criticisms, also very personal against me and on one occasion also a racist comment against my doctor who is black, crossing all possible boundaries personal and professional. While Eyton J. Shalom asked me various questions about my background, the Ayurvedic recommendations I had expected only lasted maybe a few minutes. The nutritional advice was too simplistic, vague and general, like anyone could formulate too and not at all specific in Ayurveda science, that is the domain you claim to be an expert. "For instance: "you have to eat well, wash the food twice." Additionally, I was given Chinese supplements, but I was not provided with any information or guidelines regarding their use. He consulted a book before giving me those supplements but he never provided me with any written indications about them. The containers have no indication and the language is not understandable because it is Chinese. The total charge for the consultation was $260, which I felt was disproportionate given the lack of comprehensive analysis and actionable advice. After returning home, I requested a written report summarizing the Ayurvedic advice and recommendations I was given. However, Eyton J. Shalom refused to provide any written feedback or documentation. Despite sending to you several follow-up messages outlining my concerns, and my disappointment, I received no response for two weeks. It is unacceptable to charge $217 (or $260 including the supplements) for a consultation without any formal report or clear guidance on the analysis conducted and the professional advice provided. It seems that I was simply deprived of my money, with no tangible outcome to show for it. The consultation, in essence, did not feel like a professional service. Instead of receiving relevant, structured input related to my concerns, I found myself listening to irrelevant personal anecdotes, including offensive racial remarks about my own (black) doctor, which were completely inappropriate. On multiple occasions, I had to steer the conversation back to the purpose of my visit, as it appeared that the focus had drifted away from addressing my health needs and go in your personal memories. He also in an arrogant way mentioned that I have to pay for his time without any consideration for my time while I was listening to all his personal stories that had nothing to do with my visit! Given this conduct, lack of adequate service, the absence of any assessment, and disregard for my health concerns, I feel mocked and exploited. I did not receive anything close to an acceptable standard of care or service. This experience has left me profoundly dissatisfied, and I feel that I was misled both in terms of the content of the consultation and the value for money
