Worst service I went there for hair spa amd they advice me to take anti dandruff hair spa and they guaranttee me that dandruff will not come back for 1 month But just after 1 wash the problem became worst I have never see that much amount of dandruff in my hair before Fraudy people are sitting there who just lure you and take hasty amount of your hard earned money but result are zero Dont go there

Very poor responsiveness. The lady at the counter/Owners representative is very rude. The other day the two of us wanted to have our hair cuts done and we took an evening appointment. On reaching there at the appointed time, we found only one attendent & busy with a customer. Upon checking with the lady we were shocked at her response. She was so unresponsive and non apologetic that she said you can go anywhere else. I think the Salon reception is very rude and non cooperative. Hats off staff at Kotlanala is very friendly

Worst experience ever. The lady at counter is so rude and unproffessional. Defaming the matrix franchise because of her attitude towards customer. Firsty she took 25 mintues to respond to our query where she was sitted totally idle inside the cabin, then we enquired about the prices for hairstyling and were okay with that and booked an appointment for the next day for no hassle. Next day she woul'nt even care to attend the customers and the worst thing is that at the time of payment at the counter the lady hiked the prices to double giving lame excuses of like how many bobby pins were used this and that. Firstly she misinformed us and then she charged curruplty. Crooked behavior. Experience was ruined just because of her.
