It was my first time at this salon and literally they spoiled my hair. I regret going there. Even a small salon would not have such unprofessional people who don't know how to cut and blend the layers. I showed him a reference with fringes at the front which reach half of the face. He said he understood but gave me uneven cut at the front which is not blending with the rest of the hair and reaches only upto to eyebrows. I have no words. After my dissatisfaction what was even more disappointing that he blamed me that you should not have gone for this style and now he was asking me to wait for it to grow back!! Unprofessional and no knowledge. Sorry but never going back and not recommending it to anyone. The hair looks so bad that I don't even know when they will become normal. Maybe a whole year!

I was a big fan of this salon got my haircut three times before but this time the literally spoiled my hair I asked for a simple long layer cut with curtain bangs and that guy was an immature and now I have uneven chunk of bangs which don't even blend with the cut as if I did them myself. My hair a spoild af [I went to the old outlet (Mall Road) on 23 March 2025 around 1PM and I really don't know the name of the stylist but he was this dusky guy with tall frame ]

The best hair salon in solan . It's trust worthy . In lockdown they have taken so many safety measures . On the entrance there is a sanitation and your temperature is checked. Social distancing is maintained and the staff uses disposable stuff. Really like their services Highly recommend
