Facial was very impressive and massage was also very good. I also got hairs spa which really was relaxing. Really impressed with the quality makeover by Lavnaaz. Must recommend.

Recently I had done my hydra facial from their salon and I am fully satisfied with this ,, outstanding result in only after 1 hour .....thankuu very much and now i become urr regular customer

Cannot review without giving star as they deserve no star.They are the worst when it comes to bridal hair service. I had taken the skin and hair package from them. Their skin service is ok not that great. Their hair service is the worst, they damage your hair and act as though they have not done anything. I had discussion with the owner about the process and he told me the hair would stay straight for atleast 2 weeks but after 1 wash the hair turned back to my original hair. I had done smoothening previously so i didnt want the same process and result. Main goal for me to agree to the process was i wanted them to have straight effect for atleast 2 weeks.After 2 weeks i had started having hair fall. I reached out to them for refund but the owner is not responding.Owner asked me to come to salon which is not an option for me as i work in Haridwar now and after marriage its difficult for me to travel suddenly now to my parents house just for hair issue. Also why would i want hair spa for the hair damage done by them. Why should i trust the people who dnt respond and act as though they have not done anything wrong. Even there admin know about the damage.When they washed my hair at salon i had informed them then and there only that the hair are showing curl pattern.When i had taken the package they use to call to confirm the booking as they needed the money they acted so sweet, now when they have dmaged my hair they have not acknowledged and not even answering. Please think before going to this parlour as they are the worst. Lakme salon una is much better than this.
