So unprofessional environment and clients are not served or handled by one staff member at a time there is so much mess with the service Soo much unhygienic infact dirty tools and towels are used And very unprofessional way of working Had a very poor experience

I don't normally write reviews but honestly Mohit was amazing! He was extremely informative, patient, and sweet which I'm very thankful for because I know I was being picky and questioning a lot due to hair styling nightmares. My hair looks so good and healthy thanks to him and I will definitely be coming back for more hair therapy and also the Azla is amazing she is Thank you so much!

Wonderful experience and beautiful cut from Mohit. I felt so welcome from the second I turned up.The girl namely Azla, who gets things done was very considerate, calm, and quiet accommodating. I didn't know what I wanted done, and Mohit assessed and recommended something perfect for me.Very happy with the outcome and excited to visit again. Thank you.

The vlcc gbl is an awsome place to visit for grooming , I was a regular customer but today I had a very worst experience due to the staff's behavior. They made me to wait for around 1 hour and was giving preference to their own relative clients. When I complained, they started arguments with me and putting the blame on me. Filthy vlcc and pathetic staff.

ill mannered and unprofessional staff. This salon and its services don't even deserve 1 star rating. Feeling sorry for the owner whose brand reputation they are maligning in the market.
