I had an unpleasant experience at this salon in Jammu while attending a friend's wedding. I paid an advance of Rs 1,000 for two days of service, but only used the service for one day. The owner promised to refund the remaining amount, but has since refused to do so. Additionally, the salon assistants engaged in unprofessional behavior, including body-shaming me while draping a saree. I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience at Eliza Salon. Their unprofessional conduct and lack of integrity have left me feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment and urge others to exercise caution when considering their services
