One of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. Looks Salon is all style and zero substance. The moment you walk in, you're misled by a false sense of luxury. They quote a basic price casually, and then mid-way through the service, start suggesting unnecessary "add-ons" without even informing you they'll cost extra. By the end, they hit you with a shockingly high bill--and just when you think it's done, they drop the "plus GST" bomb like a cherry on top. Absolutely shady pricing strategy. The hygiene? Disgusting. Used towels, hair on the floor from previous clients, and tools that don't look like they've seen disinfectant in days. And the worst part--the staff is completely unprofessional and undertrained. They don't understand hair types, don't listen to what the customer wants, and mess things up with a careless attitude. It felt like they were just experimenting on me. For the money they charge, this place is a joke. Avoid at all costs. You're better off anywhere else.

Had a superb experience with Kerastase Treatment done by Vikas . He puts in lot of effort. Kudos to Looks Salon for maintaining its high standards since so Many years.

I went for hair spa and has become frequent customer there. Vineet did a great work and there is less waiting once you reach there. Very happy with the service though Lil costly but worth it.

I just went randomly to this salon.rates are pretty higher than the usual .I went for hair ironing and charged me Rs700 which as compared to others is very high.no hospitality as i stayed there for 45 minutes no body came to ask for water even.Now comes for hair styling there was only one guy and wen I asked about a helper he said i do it by myself and then another guy came to his help but he was about to burn my face and my left temple. area just got reduced.Needs to have more professional staff .i won't recommend.

Hair is a very sensitive area of man's body . I am very particular about my hair and with receding hair line I have to be very particular about where to get my haircut. I have been visiting Loreal , looks salon in Gandhi nagar since last 15 years and it's not just me but I use to get my son for the hair cut as well . We have been getting our hair cut from Mr Asif who is talented hair stylist and a great human being as well. This salon is situated in the heart of a posh locality in Gandhi nagar which has an easy accessibility even with all the public transport as well. Seeing is believing so I recommend you to visit once to believe and trust . Thank you!!
