Reema Ma'am herself is just wonderful - so cooperative and attentive. She truly listened to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. I was a little nervous about my skin, but she put me at ease and the facial treatment was fantastic. They use all the latest equipment, which made a noticeable difference. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction, and honestly, it was exactly the relaxing and confidence-boosting experience I needed before my big day. I can't recommend Reema Ma'am enough! Poor experience. Booked a nail appointment 1 week advance. Called them to confirm a day before. They cancelled because they booked a bridal appointment instead. Very unprofessional especially since I got my appointment a week in advance. Wasn't even informed of the cancelation. Poor customer service. They definitely prioritize customers who will pay them more I guess. Never faced such an issue with Other salons before
