So just like everyone I wanted to have experience in Sana chauhan salon , n believe me its not what they say, internet can be dimming unless you experience yo yourself. Please have patience to know my full story. I came from london to jammu, as I have to attend a wedding to attend to. I have heard alot about this sana chouhan so I book their for hair and nails, so the receptionist told me thet they haven't started the nails service yet and for hair so said we have hair experts which she will assign to me... so as I agreed and service started. Their hair expert suggested me color it was simple global dark brown color and no highlights , then i told him last color month everything and as I remember his words" saying exactly aisa he shade aye ga , and apka brown he hai hair color to no need to use bleach" I agreed. As he was applying color he told me that he is from delhi and its pricey their so here in jammu ppl think they have come from outside jammu hence will be more experienced and professional. Fast forward, he applied color on my hair and went to attend another customer. I was watching the time for him and i have to call him ,' bhaiya 30 mins ho gye ' then someone. Came after 10 mins and washed my hair. That person was also some trainee as she was washing with warm water, i told her my scalp is already burning so pls use cold water . After hair dry, came the moment of truth , my hair was patched... two different tones and when i confronted the hair dresser he had nothing to say, all I heard from him was give me 5 mins I will fix it, i mean when you couldn't achieve the color in 45 mins what will you do in 5 mins, i didn't wanted to damage my hair to I have to tell him no. My taking from this experience: Never go this salon worst experience spoiled the wedding ceremonies as I couldn't kept my hair open , spoiled my trip to istanbul. I have to tie my hair in all the trip. So dear customers, sana chauhan might not have done this but it was her name on the salon to which i took the risk and failed. I loved her makeup and i put my trust on that but believe me guys they have haired ppl who will do the job for them and they are as good as 'peppl k pedh k neche naye wala ' . Client interaction were good but i didnt pay 7000 rs for 3 times water or tea, if i wanted that i could go to restaurant, but i was willing to pay for your skills which of course no one had in the salon. So my friends , pls dont take huge risks just by seeing them in insta, Sana , you might have magic in your hands but only for makeup unless you do other things dont add it under your names. I wish i could give 0 rating on goggle and if this msg is deletedI am gonna post it to your other reels unless my voice is heard.

I really appreciate the staffs behaviour towards clients I really enjoy the services also I've experienced the best spa service as well as massgae by shakib he's really gentle polite Love their hospitality

I have done facial from here by Kiran .... I liked the service very much .... The staff is very good .... Ambience is the best part .
