I don't have words to express how bad the experience is just want to say. Don't spoil money by going to such salons. Can't even say ho bad the experience was I went to avail the service when I needed. and as per policy we can use 2 service per visit on interval of 7 days. I had availed the 1 service on Sunday and in Thursday i wanted to have another. The staff is so rude that they first confirmed and then when I went they were like they confirmed by mistake. They are sitting idle and not giving service when a consumer requires.

I really had bad experience with the nail bar department, They did my extensions and on the very same day , one of the nail came off and they were not ready to accept their fault while I tried to contact them Never choose them for nail extensions

My first experience in this salon, not at all satisfactory service, everyone took to long to attend a client, it took almost 2 hrs only for facial and head message and none of them was satisfactory.. facial was less then 10 minutes... head message was like someone unprofessional is doing that... totally disappointed with the services of this salon.
