Re:vive The Salon

No doubt it's one of the best salon in the town for brides to get ready. But they are misusing this. My experience while getting ready for my marriage - 1. I was confused for the reception bride while I was there for my marriage. So, ofcourse I got ready just in time with no time left to try or check anything. 2. Staff (who was helping me with my lehanga and all) was too rude to make anybody's day worst. 3. After getting ready and hair do, I was the only one left there. So, they did not even bother to style my dupatta. It was just like one safety pin to balance the dupatta on my shoulder and it was done. As I was getting late (since I was given late appointment) and they too were eager to go home, I couldn't try any other style. Here the customer's expectation is - Since the team is already expert in doing bridals, they should know what suits and what is in the trend. But it was just a formality. Unke liye ye roz ka kaam hai and unhe farak nai padta how important the day is for the customer. I have been going to this place since it has opened and no doubt there are talented people and makeup is their forte. But for the staff to be overconfident and rude is not a good thing (not talking about the whole staff). For the makeup - 5 star rating For overall experience - Not satisfied

Interior-5 Customer satisfaction- 0 I went there for haircut. And my barber was just doing it for formality. In short all they care about is money and no service. Looks like they just want a customer to give them money I would not recommend it to anyone.

The best salon in the town. Well maintained staff and facilities. It's always a satisfactory experience with them. It's a unisex salon which is equally best for men and women. They have the best bridal makeups and party makeups for the ladies. Me and my wife have been their clients since 2018! ThumsUp

I used to be their regular customer for almost a year but during my last visit I felt like they take customer for granted. Had bad experience last time since their employee was overconfident. When it came to the billing part he behaved like he doesn't care about customer, he is concerned about only money. It takes enough time to bring a customer and takes a second to loose one. Will definitely not recommend to anyone.
