I had the most amazing experience today -- the head massage and wash were absolutely incredible. Faizan and Fahid who took care of me was truly outstanding. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Truly one of the best services I've ever had. Highly recommend!

I visited salon for a haircut and and showed the guy a picture of what I wanted but half way through the haircut I realized it's not going the way I want it. I had clearly explained to the guy what I don't want but his inexperience was clearly visible. The fade was mediocre and I had to guide him time to time from exactly where I want it, and it still wasn't up to the standards.I expected a better service from them compared to the price I paid. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Trust me you can get a better haircut from a local decent barber for 1/3rd of the price these people charge.

I had gotten done a hair detox treatment by aalam and he did an excellent job on nourishing my hair and walking me through the steps by understanding my hair type and gave me some helpful tips and on top of that an amazing blow dry in the end!

Charges are completely unreasonable...n service is very poor I would not recommend this salon to anyone. They charged 300 for threading only which can be done in 60 rupee in top salon.

I recently visited this salon for a haircut and hair color, and while the place is nicely built with a good ambiance, my overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an empty reception area, with no one to welcome me or offer refreshments like water or tea. This lack of hospitality set a negative tone for my visit. The haircut and color services themselves were far from satisfactory. At the price point of around 600 rupees for a haircut, I expected a level of quality that simply wasn't delivered. The results were mediocre at best, and I've had better experiences at other brands for half the price. The staff appeared to lack proper training and expertise, which contributed to the overall subpar service. For coloring, the charges were excessive, and I left feeling that I had not received value for my hard-earned money. I believe customers deserve better. Mediocrity is unforgivable, especially when you're paying a premium. I would recommend looking elsewhere for quality hair services.

There are good saloons too in the city, but looks saloon is the best i have ever seen... the way they transform the look and style is absolutely amazing. Service is smooth and friendly. Come, do visit and avail the beauty of looks saloon. Thank You Looks Team!

Went to looks salon today for pedicure and this guy by the name of lone faizan was magical ... professional, kind and very good at his work ... totally recommended... but make sure to look for the above mentioned guy

I coloured my hair twice and it was a wonderful experience both times. The staff is trained and professional, especially Armaan who coloured my hair. Both times the colour turned out amazing and even after colouring i experienced no hair breakage or dullness. The staff is courteous and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Best salon in Srinagar in terms of quality and experience.
