I went in with my aunt who wanted to get her eyebrows threaded. They asked me to get them done as well. I repeated Atleast 5/6 times about how I want thick eyebrows and I want to only remove extras. They however waxed 2 full lines and I'm barely left with any eyebrows. I'm disgusted and disappointed. Unprofessional, unapologetic. I showed the service person the wax strip and showed how much she removed despite me mentioning how she should be careful and only take extras out. But instead of apologizing, she kept defending herself. You should fire her for her lame excuses and horrible service. Super disappointed & horrifying experience. She has ruined my entire day. If there was a minus rating I'd give them that.

I came today for global hair colour and found the behaviour of employees very nice. I am very much satisfied with the service of the girls. The owner shows a lot of respect to customers and takes pain to see that the customers are satisfied. I have been very much impressed with the behaviour of the owner and staff. Also my hair colour turned out to be very nice.

I've been visiting this place for years now. And I feel I got the best services and treatment for hair, face.. also the rates were very reasonable.
