Disappointing Experience I had high hopes for this salon based on the reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed rushed and didn't pay attention to my requests. Despite showing clear photos of the style I wanted, my hearcut turned out completely different. The overall atmosphere was chaotic, and the stylist was not very professional or friendly. To top it off, I was charged more than what was initially quoted. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon to others.

Disappointing Experience - Wouldn't Recommend I visited SCRATCH BY HEADMASTER yesterday with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the staff seemed unprofessional and disorganized, leading to long wait times even though I had booked an appointment in advance. The stylist didn't seem attentive or interested in what I wanted, and the final result was not at all what I had asked for. The haircut/coloring was poorly done, and I had to go to another salon to fix it.

I went there yesterday for highlighting my hair.and it was atif a hairdresser there ,who had my number he called me so many times for services finally i went there and this guy atif has ruined my hair,i will sue him and i request the owner of headmasters not to keep a staff like him because his services can ruin ur brand name. I would never recommend anyone to go to headmasters,such worst services and staff.giving u one star.

Scratch by headmasters based in Jawahar Nagar. Prior to this, I was fed up with the parlour treatments on my hair.They use genuine Brazilian products. I'll be visiting soon them, Eventually I'm happy. Loads of Luv!!!

If you're looking for a place to waste your time and money, this salon is it. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. The wait times were ridiculous, even though I had an appointment. Once I finally got in the chair, the stylist was rushed and inattentive, barely listening to what I wanted. The end result was far from what I asked for and looked amateurish at best. To top it off, the prices were outrageously high for such subpar service. I definitely won't be going back and would recommend looking elsewhere for a salon that actually cares about its customers.

My first visit to this Salon was incredible. Manageable appointments, Great vibe, and friendly, helpful, welcoming, and talented employees! I was thrilled with my hair color and bangs trim. I can't say enough good things -The team worked on my problem spots. I'll be back for sure

Wonderful experience in this salon. I visited Srinagar and wanted to try color for my hair and haircut and the reviews posted here are not at all wrong. Nawaz the hairstylist was very patient enough to listen to my apprehensions on first time coloring my hair and did the entire process very diligently and my hair looks woowwww. Thank you Nawaz and team!!
