I asked for curtain bangs and ended up with one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. The cut was choppy, uneven, and looked nothing like what I wanted. When I pointed it out, the owner and staff were no help at all--no fix, no apology, just blank stares. I kept asking for someone else other than the person who ruined my hair and they were so dismissive about it. It was honestly a disappointing experience from start to finish. It was so bad I could'nt get myself to even pay for it. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Still no accountability from their side, if my previous haircut (which was even btw) had bothered the stylist then he should've mentioned that he couldn't do it. How did he mess it up only on one side then?? he doesn't even know how to hold the hairdryer and the comb together. You didn't get enough time to style it??? I only raised my concern when he was completely done with my hair, how didn't he get enough time?? All excuses and no apology or help whatsoever.

It was an amazing experience and I got superb results as well because of ponam. But I didn't expect how bad they treat their clients, as some of them weren't very nice, one of the employee was very rude because of which we had a huge argument, she was rude and came to hit me and my sister but was stopped by here coworker. Ponam was the best she treated us very well, she was good with her work, did her work the best of all. But the rest of the employees were not in their best behaviour..

Despite clearly communicating the color I wanted, the stylist applied a completely opposite shade, which I absolutely dislike. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the attention of the owner, nothing was done to rectify the situation, no offers to fix the mistake, nothing. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer care displayed by the salon. If you're considering getting your hair colored, I would think twice before choosing this salon.
