The Salon is one of the best in town, offering great services and a professional atmosphere. Most of the hairstylists are skilled and deliver excellent results. However, a few hairstylists may not meet the same high standard, so it's advisable to choose wisely. Additionally, the seating arrangement in the waiting area could be improved, as it becomes inconvenient if more than five people are waiting. Overall, a great place for haircuts, but some minor improvements could enhance the experience further

Last time I had my micro blading job done which was not up to my expectations and raised a query with the owner . The owner of the unit was kind enough to accept the query and offered to correct it. It was really a professional ethics in display by accepting the default service and assured to set it right as material which was supplied by the supplier for my job was having the issue. Visted on 09/02/25 and in presence of owner job was finally done. Impressed and hope within the stipulated time I will see desired results

Dear Owner(VLCC RAJ BAGH) I have been a loyal customer of your salon for a long time, but today I had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. When I visited your salon for grooming, I was about to sit in the chair when the manager informed me that another customer had stepped out to a nearby cafe for coffee and would return for his turn. When that person came back, the manager did not allow me to take the seat, stating that it was still his turn. I find this unfair and unprofessional. If customers are allowed to leave and return at their convenience while others wait in the salon, it creates an unjust system. I expect fair treatment and proper queue management for all customers.
