Today was the day I visited VLCC Soura for a botox hair treatment session. I must say, I was really impressed with the ambience and the comfortable aura within this wellness centre. The fact that it was less crowded further enhanced my good experience at this facility. The owner, manager, and the hair artist were very patient in hearing my hair grievances and offered hair botox at a price that I was happy with. You could also avail post-treatment products from them at MRP in fresh form. All in all, I liked my visit and my many apprehensions about this place were erased today. Great job team and Thank you for the special hospitality in the form of refreshments.

I'm ashra ..Last weekend, i visited VLCC SOURA with my husband and I must say that this salon is so irresponsible,disrespectfully and so pathetic...i visited here since 2year and now this salon and the staff specially is so rude. I used to come here previously and the staff was so humble and talented and experienced also but now the staff is totally changed.they have zero knowledge ..service was horrible,staff was so rude and don't have manners to talk to anyone..if I could then I will say that don't go there at any cost if you love your self..

She is full of attitude with zero knowledge. She don't use the products and charge so high . She is from jammu she is very very unprofessional girl , no smile on her face she don't know what is the customer service actually....
