I have been taking services from yes madam from past 2 years highly satisfied..

One of the worst services i ever came across!!! I had done manicure and waxing a week back and even telling the beautician multiple times that i have sensitive skin, she paid no heed and almost burnt my skin, while doing manicure she had no idea how to remove the cuticles and cut the sides of my fingers too.. I reached out to the team to complain and trust me their reply was horrendous, instead of understanding what my issue is they started with a robotic apology and later the executive started saying mam you have complaint a bit late. Like seriously??? I will highly recommend everyone not to fall in this trap.. Service -0 Behaviour-0 Skill set- 0

The subpar quality of the dyes used has not only resulted in visible damage but has also left my spouse deeply upset and dissatisfied with the overall service. We trusted Yes Madam for professional and high-quality beauty treatments, but this incident has raised serious concerns about the standards maintained at your establishment.

Yes madam has been my go to place. Its been a year I am taking services from them and I am highly satisfied. The staff is so cooperative. They keep everything well organised and clean. 10/10 P.s: yes madam is pocket friendly.

A terrible experience with yes madam unfortunately . Sonum or suman I am not sure her name did not do the correct services . We asked for a global color and paid for it but she was adamant on doing a root touch up only even after several calls from the owner Malihajee herself. Also she left marks in the carpet and our sheets. It is a wedding house and now we have stains in the main room downstairs on the carpet! It's a costly mistake that 'yes madam' hasn't done anything about yet. We paid our bill in full but are left very upset.
