Wellness zone Salon And Spa Udhampur

This is the best salon here in udhampur district.When it comes to salon my mind says WELLNESSZONE HEADMASTERS.No other salon can compete with the standard of this salon.

Recently went for hair colouring they showed me a different colour and have done completely opposite of that, disappointed. Won't recommend

Did not even bother to inform the customer if they are available or not. Made an appointment. Called again to confirm the appointment, the lady said she will call in 5 min. Its been 3 hours since. Pathetic services. No consideration about client's time. Would never recommend this salon to anyone.

Horrible experience! Very very disappointed! Very unprofessional staff. Had a booking at 10 but nobody reached there till 10:30. I had informed previous day and requested them to be there on time. But had to wait for half an hour outside in the cold. Still I was ok! Happens sometimes! ( well I would never do it to someone, but Chalo , still ok) Then one hair specialist came and there are 3 people for that one person. Then Machines not working. I had a root touch up and hair spa appointment . What disappointed me even more was the hair spa. there was not even a head massage in the hair spa . The steamer not working is another case altogether . A girl came (probably some beautician or something or someone from cleaning department- I don't know, but definitely not related to hair) . She just put some product in my head . No massage- nothing at all. Then she is gone. Another boy comes after me calling for people and he put a towel on head ( apparently a steam towel) , but it was cold. Then he brought water in a bucket and washed my head with that. Hair spa done! I'm sure I can do a better hair spa at home. I have a towel at home - what I don't have is a specialist and steamer , which I didn't get here also. I can't believe I paid for this and wasted more 3 hours of my day too. And btw, this is the signature hair spa, which is supposed to be very good !

Extremely poor service. On a Sunday (holiday) there was nobody at the reception desk at about 1730hrs. After waiting for some time, a lady appeared and informed that haircut service is not available today due to shortage of barbers. Anyway, the expertise of hairstylists is as such quite poor. Won't be visiting this trash Hair Saloon again.

Pathetic services, no responsible staff, had only one makeup artist she was good though but had to attend many clients at times, had no hairstylist, nobody wanted to attend client. Worst experience, will not recommend this salon to anyone!!!!!!!

The most good thing about this salon which i personally experienced after visiting is the ambience of the place the way staff treats you is the most important thing which one needs , like the receptionist way of talk miss nazrana and the dresser mr.suraj are the most humble and professional person i have ever talked to i love my haircut and services i received. Recommend to everyone to visit once take the service.

Went for hair services totally satisfied... got colour and cut and now m their regular customer. Highly recommend!
