I usually do not write reviews. But this parlour needs a call out. The staff is very unprofessional. They barely have any knowledge even of waxing. They try to save every bit of money. Instead of using wax strips, they used washed cloth which felt really unhygienic. They charged too much for half leg wax. Burnt my skin. They don't charge as per the service. I am sceptical about the products they used for detox and cleaning. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am glad I didn't go for a lot of things. Never go for any bridal make up if you are a resident of bokaro.

I have been going to this parlour frequently. They provide a very good customer service and are friendly with customers. I was satisfied with my makeup and loved my look. Will surely try it next time also.

Absolutely terrible and pathetic! They ruin people's faces, have zero makeup knowledge, and use expired and fake products. I asked for a Loreal hair wash, but the salon staff used Loreal shampoo that smelled like navratan oil . When I questioned the smell, they told it was coming from my hair. Another funny moment: when I was ready, the salon staff said I looked beautiful, and the entire staff followed the same ..but they ended up ruining my face and the event. Regarding mehndi, they were very unprofessional, arriving at 9 PM late night to apply it for my event. In short, they only know how to make money from people. I usually don't leave reviews, but I really wanted to share this so someone else's event might be spared from going downhill.

I have experienced worst service in my life, the staffs are not even trained. They even do not know how to wax. they do not pay attention on timing nd the technique. I will say never go to this place. the prices are sky rocketing according to service. they do not deserve even 1 star. felt frustrated.
