Worst experience ever. You think you will pamper yourself but the staff is going to torture you. None of them know how to shampoo and condition. I went for a haircut and a hair colour. Inspire of repeatedly reminding her, the lady cut my hair so short, it's almost half the length now. The coloring part was even worse. They were treating my hair as if they wanted to play WWE with it. I would strongly recommend not to go there specially for any hair treatments .

Rude staff.. unprofessional behaviour... Having card then also they want to charge extravagant amount.. they have issued card but doesn't give satisfactory service and also want to charge money for every service.

They have such a bad foul mouth, zero decency, no customer value, treated very badly, highly unrecommended. Was a regular customer before but now won't even step in even if in urgency.

Very nice experience ...i went for bridal pack ...and i get satisfied by its service ..
