Unqualified staffs. No matter what you ask for, they are gonna mess up your haircut their own way. I especially asked do not decrease the volume as its already thin, she proceeded to give me a 3 layer haircut and that too the worst kind. I am infuriated i wish i could say this to her face and ask her does this look nice to you aunty?? If so why don't you give yourself the same haircut???
