I had booked both bridal and groom makeup services for my wedding on 6th March 2025. Unfortunately, my experience with the professional from Jawed Habib was extremely disappointing. She completely ruined the most important day of my life with her casual and careless approach. After the makeup, I looked significantly darker than my natural skin tone. I raised my concerns with the relevant person, but no action was taken. I will never trust Jawed Habib again, nor will I recommend their services to anyone--it's simply not worth risking such a special occasion. This is my second review regarding my extremely disappointing experience with Jawed Habib. I had booked a bridal makeup appointment on 6th March 2025, expecting professional service for the most important day of my life. Unfortunately, the result was horrible. The makeup made me look significantly darker than my natural skin tone, and instead of enhancing my features, it left me feeling embarrassed on my wedding day. My family, relatives, and even my husband were shocked by the final look. After receiving their honest feedback, I reached out to both the owner of the salon and the makeup artist responsible. Sadly, their response was unprofessional and dismissive. The makeup artist refused to acknowledge any fault and instead blamed my skin, saying I had "too many skin problems," which she claimed caused the makeup to appear darker. This is absolutely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. A professional is supposed to work with different skin types--not shame clients or deflect responsibility. What's worse, the management at Jawed Habib didn't take any accountability either. No apology, no compensation, and no genuine concern shown. How can a reputed brand allow such negligence and poor behaviour from their staff? Do they not understand the emotional and financial investment a bride makes in her big day.

I had my bridal makeup done by Anu at Jawed Habib, and it was amazing! She listened to my preferences, gave great suggestions, and created a flawless look that lasted all day. The makeup was natural yet glamorous, and I received so many compliments. Highly recommend Anu for her skill and professionalism!

I liked the service because it was really personalized and staff was accomodating. Also, the products that were used were good. Collaboration in the staff seemed great!
