I was the regular customer for my skin .. i love the skin service there but for the 1st time i got my hair service there. I asked for Keratin.. they suggested me KeraSmooth which included keratin + Smoothning and the price was Rs.14000 after discount I paid Rs.12000 but here comes the main topic , my hair got more frizzy than before.. Smooth to hue nhi mere hair and now i have the worst hair of my life . Jaise hair wash krte hu .. sare hair frizzy ho jate h ... mai shampoo and conditioner unke btae hue hi use krte hu... The special events for which i got my hair done .. got distroyed . I hate there hair service. I got my hair service done on 23th and on 24th my hair got frizzyness and on 30th i gone to the salon and asked about my hair .. my gave me a free botox service and styling it again starts looking good but in 2nd day of botox .. again my hair got frizzyness(I followed every thing they asked me to do) . I don't know what to do know . I spent Rs.12000 to keep my hair in bun and tied always?? I want an answer.

I had booked an appointment. for bridal makeup but due to some issues, I wanted to cancel my appointment, when I contacted them .They said that the amount that I had paid in advance, which is non refundable on which I requested them that can they offer me a party makeup instead of bridal makeup they denied and told that you may cancel your appointment and you will not get your party makeup as well and also you'll not get your money back. I had the worst experience ever.

I had booked an appointment on 31st October 2024 for the bridal make up on 17 January 2025, but due to some issues, I wanted to cancel my appointment, when I contacted the manager. He said that the amount that I had paid in advance, which is 4000 is non refundable on which I requested him that he can offer me a party makeup.But he said it is their policy that on cancellation, no amount will be refunded nor any other services will be provided. On the receipt that they had provided, it is clearly written that the amount will be non-refundable, but however, you can take any other packages in the advance amount you have paid and the second line that was written in the in the receipt was that the final call will be of the manager. It is clear that the manager is not willing to offer the services. Instead, he wants to keep all the advance money. I have paid. I had worst experience ever if there was any negative stars, I would have given them that..pathetic customer service

i booked my bridal makeup from jawed habib salon & work done by them is excelent it was very nice makeup they have given.. i m impressed with the Profesional work & i m not expected to get my makeup done with this profesionlism.. Please make ur day special with them as they going to give you the exact look what you want..

My pedicure was done by Reshma Mam and she did it so well. Along with massage and the feet looked so neat n clean. Really grateful
