Staff behaviour good. But half staff are very untrained, they even don't know exact steps of procedure. In Busy day, they just dispose of customer not giving the exact time for procedure and cut short the steps. Not satisfied. When u go, speak for urself, don't depend on them to complete all the step of procedure.

Very very worst parlour on 17th December2024 I went for facial and detan in place of detan they have applied bleach when I asked it's smelling like bleach they said no we r applying detan only but I saw the facial hair has changed into whitish colour. They were not opening the product infront of the customer.They were bringing the product opend one in the palette. They bluffed me I will never recommend anyone to go there.

Very nice salon...staffs are very professional specially female staff. I recommend everyone to go their without any doubt. I had taken bridal reception makeover nd that was soo amazing.

I recently visited Jawed Habib Salon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon arriving, I noticed that the salon was quite crowded. While I was trying to browse the menu and decide on a service, one of the employees abruptly called out to me with an unprofessional tone, saying, "Oi ho gaya... idar aajao sunai nahi deta," accompanied by a dismissive gesture. Felt like she is taking out all her frustration on me. Her demeanor was incredibly off-putting; she spoke to me in a way that felt condescending and disrespectful. It was as if she thought it was acceptable to treat clients with such a lack of courtesy. This incident not only caught me off guard but also drew the attention of other clients in the salon, who started staring at me, adding to my discomfort and embarrassment. As a client, I expected to be treated with respect and kindness, especially in a professional environment like a salon. Instead, I felt humiliated and belittled by her actions. It's disappointing to see employees behaving in such a manner, as it creates a negative atmosphere that discourages clients from wanting to receive services. After this experience, I decided to call the manager to share my concerns. To my surprise, he advised me not to write a review. I found this response disheartening. If the staff can act inappropriately, they should at least be willing to face the consequences and improve their behavior. Ultimately, I left the salon feeling upset and dissatisfied. I truly hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. It is essential for staff to understand the importance of treating clients with respect and maintaining a welcoming environment. Customer service should be a top priority, and this experience fell far short of that expectation. I hope my feedback encourages a review of staff training and customer service practices, as it's vital for maintaining the salon's reputation.

I DID MY PRIDAL MAKEUP THAT WAS FANTASTIC THATS WHY I WENT AGAIN FOR HAIR SMOOTHNING BUT THEY BURN MY HAIR. IT'S MY HUMBLE REQUEST IF YOU GUYS ARE NOT GOOD FOR THIS SERVICE THEN KINDLY SHARE THE SAME WITH CUSTOMER BECAUSE HAIR IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PART FOR EVERY ONE.
