I visited the salon for the first time and I was told that it'll take 20 minutes to get me started, so I told them that I'll be back then. When I went back, I was asked to wait for another hour. If not anything else, please learn to respect your customer's time and make sure you're not making them travel back and forth based on a random amount of time coming out of your mouth. So enjoy this single rating without the customer getting the experience itself. Cheers.

Have been tre recently for my services n the services wre jst awesome....the staffs r so friendly n the the best part is that they r all following the COVID protocols very nicely....highly recommend this salon for all both skin n hair services.....

Very professional and trained staff. Usually there is a waiting here so you must take prior appointment. They provide all types of services in saloon.

Pathetic service, no response you will get on call.. the worst service i have ever seen by natural in Dhanbad. Else I am a well wisher of this brand.
