I recently had a very disappointing experience at Jawed Habib Salon. Upon arriving, I noticed the salon was quite crowded. While trying to browse the menu and decide on a service, one of the employees abruptly called out to me in a disrespectful manner, saying, "Oi ho gaya... idar aao," along with a dismissive gesture. Her behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and it made me feel belittled in front of other clients. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere, her actions left me feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect, but this was far from the experience I received. After the incident, I reached out to the manager to express my concerns. I was taken aback when he advised me not to write a review. If the staff can exhibit such behavior, they should be prepared to face feedback and work on improving it. I strongly believe that the salon should invest in behavioral training for their staff. It's essential for them to understand how to treat clients properly and maintain a professional demeanor. This experience has deterred me from returning, as I believe good customer service should be a fundamental aspect of any business. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements the necessary changes to enhance their service quality. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not be visiting the salon again
