The Staff here 'Neha' has done everything so smoothly.She's very professional.Nice service at the salon

Worst people here. Too rude! Took membership but later started doing drama doing the stuffs they said that were free. The guy sitting there at the reception started saying all nonsense that we were fools not to read the one page of terms and conditions before taking the membership carefully. For one second, even though I can try to understand that the few said services might have some conditions like length etc, but the way he was talking and addressing was utterly disgusting and demeaning, specially talking to my 60 yo mom. So much for manners, etiquette and client service! Will never go to or suggest this brand again!

Worst experience ever!! Had a worst hair wash .charged 500 for hair wash...the guy did the terrible hair massage that too for a minute only..I mean 500 for this??. they lack experience...

I had bridal makeup there (done by Ms Sanjana) and it was fabulous.Way more than my imagination

The service and haircut was absolutely amazing. Loved the experience and ambience of the salon. It can easily give competition to metro city salons. And the employees were really capable and good in their job.

Amazing ambience and proper process service offered. Not in rush very patiently handled each and every client. Good work and a must visit parlour.
