I had the worst salon experience in this city.. i had my hair spa n they didn't did my massage n that is a basic n important step of spa... After that i did facial (clean up) all steps are done and after that they told me to apply cream by urself.... This is not a basic ethics of salon... worst service i ever had

Im not native of Hazaribagh when i came there on trip recently, i visited renzo & i really haven't expected such a stunning and professional hair salon and makeup studio in Hazaribagh, Not only the interiors and maintenance even the salon staff are soo professional like in metro cities and cost also very reasonable im very happy with their service and I recommend to visit renzo

I get to cut my hair and beard and hair spa, the service was too amazing, behaviour of staff was too good. Awesome result.

The worst parlour I ever visit till now.she suggested me cream and sold me that cream but cream was not effective and when I asked product details she didn't give me.They sold a cream by telling that magical cream that was worth of 5000 rupees which is useless.

Indeed one of the best salon experience I've had in Hazaribag. Very professional hair stylists and they provided me the hair cut exactly as I asked for. Great interior, spacious and comfortable! I recommend this place if you're looking for a pleasant and satisfactory salon experience.

Kera smoothening Extremely dissapointing I got this treatment a week before and the condition of my hair is not good at all, it is dry , hairfall started and it looks like What it was before treatment. I paid a hefty amount for this and was promised that it will last upto 2 years but it started reversing within a weeks.
