Service is good but price is too high.

They won't listen to your request and just do what they like. Even after I requested multiple times to cut my hair short. They cut it short on one side and left it long on the other side. They combed my hair in such a way that I didn't realise it was uneven. I found out about it after I took a bath at home. Their staff think they know everything and they may bypass your request.

Cleanliness is not up-to the mark. They don't sterilize/sanitize the pedicure and manicure kits before using it and keep using the same towels for every customer. Staff is polite but don't follow basic hygiene

Very bad experience! I am writing this review not to get any refund or take action on your employee but salon owner need to be aware and provide proper training to staff. Waxing: girl staff was unable to remove the Rica can from wax machine to replace with normal wax. She asked me to do the Rica wax. I told I have some budget and no plans to do Rica . After trying she told to do Rica but they will charge for normal. Already a lot of time was wasted so i agreed. Once she started doing waxing i immediately figured out she is completely inexperience. She kept on touching the extremely hot wax knife on my hand and underarms. I kept on telling her it's very hot and put the knife away from machine and allow to cool down but still she continued. On both my hand skins got burned and left underarm part skin got ripped off . My complete hair was not removed but asked her to leave the waxing because my hands and underarms were burning. Hair wash and blowdry: the guy who did the hair wash and blowdry was satisfactory. But no conditioner or any heat protective serum was used. Which left my hair completely dry and messed up by the time I reached the function. Light makeup: makeup was done by the girl who did my wax. She did the fair makeup. Not up to that expectation which meeting cost of makeup i.e Rs 2500. I would have done the same make up by self. I was expecting some professional touch. Eyebrow: no one was available to do the eyebrow. During the payment the counter guy asked how was the service . That time I told it was fine because I was getting late. But same girl told the billing guy that I have done Rica wax and I was litterly shocked and I asked her again then she hesitatetly told I did normal wax. I felt pity for girl because she was doing job so that she can complete her studies. I don't want salon management to take any unfair action on the staff but instead provide professional training. My money and time and my mood completely got spoilt before going to function. It was very difficult to hide the burnt scars in the function.

I took hair straightening service. It was a great experience, Finally a good salon in Adityapur. Ram ji( hair stylist) gives professional services - thanks again for the service and thanks to Sunita for helping him. Not only staffs but owner also helps during services and are very polite. A must visit if you're Looking for good service with affordable cost.

I went to this saloon yesterday with my mom nd my 2 months old pet. I will discuss a few points here for my poor rating . 1) They took 1450 rupees for a simple hair cut and hair dye for a boycut hair. 2) They took 2:30 hours for this. 3) I was made to sit outside for 2:30 hours with my pet. 4) My labrador was just sleeping and not creating any mayhem. I was a regular customer there but now i would not visit their saloon ever. Disappointed.
