Cloud 9 Unisex Salon & Spa

Two days ago I took the summer package at Cloud 9 wherein I got facial, hair spa, and pedicure. It was a wholesome experience right from the beginning till the end. Staff was polite, courteous and took care of my little needs. Facial was amazing and hair spa was a great treat. Thank you. Would like to visit again soon.

Went here for waxing. Terrible experience. Full payment taken but no proper hair removal. Staff gave me excuses for my small hair growth, weather, AC temperature, normal wax etc but the actual reason is they use CHEAP and OUTDATED wax and LOW QUALITY strips. Application of the wax also very poor. Also very unprofessional kept me unattended and served another customer mid waxing. Kept saying Rica is better and that should be done. Other customer didn't face this issue, its just me. I was very frustrated and stopped the waxing in the middle. Next day got my waxing done (normal wax only) from another parlour for a cheaper rate and the hair removal was excellent. Smooth skin with zero hair. Just wasted my money and time at Cloud 9 parlour.

I got straightening treatment from Cloud 9 today and spent three hours enjoying the treatment they gave me with snacks and tea. Thank you for being so kind staff. Other salons should learn from them. Clearly one of the best salon in Jamshedpur

This was my first experience at Cloud 9 Salon and Spa and must say that it went much better than imagined. Right from the moment I entered, there was a positive vibe about the place and the staff behaved very well and made me feel at home. Sure there are a few things that may be improved to make the experience richer but they are new and i totally appreciate the efforts. They have definitely found a permanent client in me. Kudos to the team

Kids friendly and happy place for entire family salon needs. Staff at Cloud 9 salon and spa are polite and friendly lot who always give me a completely satisfying service every time.

I took my kids for Haircut at Cloud 9 Salon and Spa today and it turned out so smooth that I had to pen this down. Let me clear that my baby is less than 6 months old but the hairdresser and other staff were so patient and coperative. We not only got our baby's hair cut but the interior of salon was so spacious and kids friendly that even my wife and I ended up getting much needed haircuts. I would like to visit again with my family very soon.

There has been no improvement from the last time. There was no music last time. This time the therapist played a song on her mobile phone which was ridiculous. If you just want a good massage then please don't visit. Therapist are not so good and trained . They don't know how to behave with customer

I had an amazing experience at Cloud 9 with their facial, pedicure, and hair spa services. The staff was professional and made me feel relaxed the entire time. The facial left my skin glowing, the pedicure was incredibly soothing, and the hair spa treatment left my hair feeling soft and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves! Also, the prices are very reasonable.
