No professionalism here, I had to wait for more than an hour to just get my eyebrows done here and no sense of privacy when my sister went for underarm waxing. The staff were taking video calls during the service. No price fixed, just upper lips waxing was 200. Please choose a better option for yourself. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Salon! I had an awful experience at DC lounge Mango.They were careless during the service, causing pain and discomfort, and didn't even apologize when I pointed it out. My child cried because of the uncomfortable provided by one of the male staff, her hair was pulled very badly. The lack of basic customer service and professionalism was shocking. It's clear they don't care about their clients. The service here is getting worst day by day, the last time I came my hair looked worth the money but this time it was not as good as before. I would strongly recommend avoiding this salon if you value your time, money, and comfort.

Yesterday i do the beard cut and D Tan but the guyz is not doing Properly D Tan ,they used third grade D Tan Cream and take charges for Professional O3 Cream charges ,its very bad results, using third gread cream affect my face and not remove dead skin properly. Customers Mehtab Alam

Worst experience ever. Mai yahan almost 5,6 time jaa chuki hu nd mere frnds family bhi q ki maine suggest ki thi that there service was good. But tomorrow I get haircut from Deepak he don't cut my hair properly nd don't even set my hair. He was in hurry for what don't know. Or mai waha eyebrows krwa rhi thi usne soccha mai jaa chuki hu He talking with there partners about me very rubbish he say that mai ky time pass kr rha itna late hair cut m ho gya this or that. And don't know who's the hell of Asma she is such a mean lady. This is my last experience in dc mango branch please guys don't go this branch there service nd staff was very bad they don't give u time and respects and treat u good. Meri family nd frnds bhi nhi jayenge aab. Mai apne hair ki photo share kr rhi U can see how worst he cut nd set my hair. Please don't go ever in this salon.

Hair smoothing on dated 15.12.24 worth Rs- 5000 , gets damages after 7 days. Again visited and that minor hair spa also last for 5 days. My spouse's hair gets damages. Worst service received. They make you wait for long and say some other client have the prior booking. However there is no such system of prior bookinh here.

I've been here for my bridal makeup about 2 months back. I've never taken any makeup services before and Trust me on this, it was the worst experience of my life! 1 week prior to my wedding I came in for a facial and waxing/bleaching, RITU took me in and tried to lure me into all the unnecessary and extra procedures that "I must get done" before getting married! I somehow refused the offer. She then tried selling me some b**s* creams that would "definitely "suit my skin type! It didn't and I got a horrible pimple breakout later on!! On the day of my wedding she was working on me as if there was a train to catch. I arrived 6 hours prior to the function as advised and she didn't even give me a proper hairstyle. Just a basic tight bun with some ugly pins holding onto it. The makeup was horrible too and she was quite arrogant to make any changes to it! She kept challenging her co-artist about how quick she can turn me into a bride and that it would only take less than 2 hours for her to do so. Sacrificing my big day for her stupid show off of skills! Honestly if I would've just given 0 stars for this particular makeup artist if I could, I highly recommend you to not come to this particular branch or ask for a different makeup artist and never let this girl work on you.
