No professionalism...as they will close the salon at the given time only i.e. 8 pm whether you are going at 7.30 pm they'll tell you that we don't have time your service will take time please come next as we are heading towards closing... And it's not once.... I don't know whether owner is aware about this or not. But staffs are so unprofessional.
